| Bay6(Kitchen) is a website set up with the specific purpose of offering to the public items of kitchen equipment that, while we find them indispensable, are not generally available on the retail market.
Our debut offering was an American bread knife that we found a few years ago in an artisan bakery while on holiday in the U.S.A.
We love really good bread, but had found that our European and Japanese knives tended to tear really fresh loaves. We are not sure how, but this American slicer tackles all sorts of loaves very effectively and we've noted over the years that it still works as well as ever.
To satisfy relatives and friends we brought back more knives on subsequent visits to the States. Eventually it dawned on us that if something works this well, it deserves to be offered to a wider market.
The knife has been incredibly well received and now we feel its time to offer some additional items that we have tried and tested, and feel ought to be offered to the public. Please click on our products to see our new range.
